We continuously review how we recruit to maintain dynamic processes that ensure fairness and professionalism so that you feel you’ve had a positive experience.
So how does the typical recruitment process look like at Adshel?
- Face to face interviews – usually two, but never any more than three
- Interview feedback – verbally and honestly
- Reference checking
- Verbal job offers followed up by documented employment contracts and a welcome pack of information
- Induction day and assignment of a buddy
