Our Life Connections Program offers all staff an annual personal health appraisal, donations to their charities of choice and an opportunity to provide at least one day per year of community or charity support.

Our successful media business is founded on an investment model which enables councils to obtain world class street furniture at no cost to the council or residents, which generates revenue for reinvestment into the community. To ensure our shelters are kept looking great we conduct hundreds of thousands of cleaning visits annually and operate a 24 hour hotline and emergency service to respond to damage and vandalism.
We recycle the majority of advertising posters, reduce our carbon footprint through tree-planting projects, have introduced solar powered shelters and are working on developing the first ever self-sustainable advertising shelter. Adshel has also donated over $10 million in media space to support non-for-profit organisations and charities in Australia and New Zealand in the past 5 years.
